Slightly sweet, very tart, and deliciously bright— Frucht: Guava is a wild ale made with bountiful amounts of fresh guava. Gaining complexity and funk from time spent in our 250 bbl oak foeders, this tropical ale is the perfect sipper in any season. We proudly never kettle sour so you can better enjoy all the funky, wild character native to the style.

On tap at Valhalla Zagreb. Murky peach milkshake coloured, minimal white head, grapefrzit and guava in the nose. Tropical fruits, citrus juice, noticable guava and rather sour finish. Long-lasting aftertaste. Quite nice.

Cloudy dark golden pour with a solid aroma. Quite acidic, but not over the top. Lots of peaches here. Also lactic and citric. Very dry ending.

750 ml bottle, shared by Werckmeister, thanks!
Yellow, hazy body, with a medium, yellowish head.
Aroma with lots of sweet-sour tropical fruits, citrus.
Tastes similar, with slight vinegar.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation.
Finishes medium dry, medium sour, tart, citric, a bit vinegary, with tropical fruits.
Very nice. A bit simple maybe, but so fresh and fruity. Lovely tropical fruits and not too sour. Enjoyable stuff.

On tap at the The Wandering Tortoise. Hazy golden/yellow with a small white head. Tart with guava, tropical fruit and some mild funk. A refreshing one.

75cl bottle @ Coracle, Ironbridge. Pours hazy gold, rapidly diminishing thin white topping. Aroma delivers the guava in spades. Crisp on the palate with a zippy acidity, guava nestled nicely underneath that jagged edge. Perhaps quite sour for a berliner, but a good refreshing fruity palate cleanser all the same.
