Think if Dream Wave Fluctuation and Straight Outta the Laboratory had a baby with no lactose. We ended up taking EQ’s SOTL grain bill, modified an aggressive Other Half hopbill of Galaxy and Citra, and ran it through the SOTL process to bring out the EQ juice. This is how dreams are made.
Dream Lab pours a glowing opaque tangerine color releasing aromas of passion fruit, lime, peach, and pineapple all integrated with a bright citrus backdrop. The taste is a bright creamy tropical flavor loaded with a big juicy profile. Its escalating brightness is buoyed by a soft velvety mouth feel making it extremely well balanced and drinkable.

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Super fruity, citrus, light tropical, grass, lemon, fruity hop, light pale malt. Moderate bitter, light sweet. Not that boozy. A really nice TIPA.

Can at a tasting at a Yana tasting at Max's place. Murky yellow. Somewhat stale fruity hops, slightly candy-ish, a bit sweetish, some somewhat green bitterness, a bit of alcohol.

Pours murky mango into a tulip. White conglomerate head with medium retention recedes to mottle surface. Mango, passion fruit, papaya, lychee, tangerine and guava aromas. Sweet with juicy fruit, white smarties, mango and melon upfront turning to warming tangerine peel and pith in the lasting finish.

Pours a very hazy, banana-orange color, with minimal head. Aromas of dank washcloth, orange juice, and tropical fruit. Flavor is pretty smooth, with citrus and tropical fruit up front. Some pine/spruce hop bitterness (not a lot) in the finish. The alcohol content is amazingly well-hidden for such a high ABV. This stuff is wicked!
