500ml bottle bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. Firm tan-coloured head, lacing rings, pitch black body. Moderately roasted malty aroma, hints of earth and bread. Chocolate malty taste profile backed by liquorice and moments of dark fruits. Roasted dark malty end. Palate softness. Fine bodied. Well made stout. (Tromsø 26.08.2017).

Bottle, 0.5l. 4.5% ABV, 60 IBU. Thick black pour with one finger creamy beige head. Rich on the nose, lots of chocolate and cocoa, coffee, caramel... Intense. Surprisingly thin body, light and watery texture. Regular carbonation. Roasty bitter taste. Rich and intense aroma of cocoa, chocolate and coffee. Roasty, woody. Touch of liquor. Decent hoppy bitternes. Lasting finish, slightly dry. Overall, lacking in body a bit but very nice stout nonetheless. Tasty.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, light molasses, light chocolate, light wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, wood, bread, dark malt, sweet berries, tart berry notes, black currant. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
