Light amber/copper colour with a super dense white head. Aroma of vegetables, malt, a bit of hops and some residual sweetness. Medium to Light-bodied; Slight fruity sweetness with a predominant malt character and a subtle hoppiness throughout. Aftertaste shows some drying character and a bit of a spicey finish. Overall, a sub-par APA, but not the absolute worst either. All-in-all, a decent beer, but if you want a really good beer by this brewery, go with the BackYard IPA! I bought this twelve ounce bottle at Beers of the World in Rochester, New York and sampled it on 13-December-2003.

Decent appearance with a nice lacing, but not much else. Slightly floral aroma. This tastes like a watered down version of their Old Slugger. Lots of grapefruit tartness. Slight hop bitterness. Tiny malt presense. Nothing very stand out about the flavor. The finish is almost metallic.
