Purchased at Trader Joe in Vegas. Pours an amber colour with a very slight haze. The head is warm, lasts a good time and creates thick lacing. The aromas are mild but with a nice blend of cereal, caramel and hints of fruity malts. The taste is a little sweeter, fruitier, but still malty. Hints of spices, decent bitterness. A little apples. Not a bad beer overall and better than their Bohemian lager.

Pours clear amber - nose of caramelized sugars, toffee, light spiciness and a mild bitterness - low carbonation, fairly soft texture - flavor is fairly clean caramelized sugars, light toasty maltiness, moderate bitterness, the slightest hint of mineral - finish is medium dry malt - not terrible interesting but clean and enjoyable enough.

12 ounce bottle from TJs. Pours a clear dark copper color with a small white head. A sweet light fruity nose. Toast, caramel, light Pils malt. Smooth and drinkable. Light toast, berries, big sweet malty caramel. OK.

Decent looking but mostly bland Vienna. Nice creamy head, but aroma and taste are weak, and musty. My first experience with Trader Joe’s house brews. Not impressed.

Pours deep amber into a Sam glass. Tan head with medium retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Sour caramel aromas. Soft with Sourdough and nuts front to back. Lasting stale caramel finish.

12 oz. bottle from Trader Joe’s, Portsmouth, NH for a price of $1.17. Labeled as Josephs Brau. Clear light-amber color with huge white head. Toasted grainy flavor, real similar to an authentic Vienna lager. Very subtle hops and traces of caramel. Bread notes. Better than most of the other mass-produced amber lagers for sale. This makes for a very nice lawn mower brew. In fact I cracked this open after I was finish with my yard work. It’s decent.

Bottle. Light floral caramel malt aroma. Amber with large off-white head. Very sweet caramel malt and hay flavor. Not good, and from the description, I think they need to study geography a bit more.
