Bottle 0,36 ltr: Hazy golden-blonde coloured brew with an smoothly bitter taste and hints of citrus, tropical fruits and apple. First Japanese craft beer rated, so let the coming to the Netherlands.

24/10/2024. Bottle from Lopia Kyoto Yodobashi Supermarket. Pours clear pale amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, malty, citrus, grapefruit, biscuit, lightly toasted, a little dank and piney. Moderate sweetness, good level of bitterness. Moderate body, average carbonation. The best of the beers I got from Lopia.

Bottle, small stable bubbly head, hazy deepish orange colour, aroma of citrus and a bit of jam, flavor of citrus with a light but noticable maltiness, medium strong mpathic bitterness. Nice and enjoyable.

Keg at Harajuku taproom. Slightly cloudy pale yellow colour with nice small fluffy white head. Aroma is pine hops with tiny bit of citrus. Taste is crisp and bitter. Finish has rising bitterness. Nice and prickly in the mouth. Just what I needed to shake me out of jet leg.

On tap pours out a hazy orange color topped with a small head. Nose is citrus orange tangerines mango hops and a light malt sweetness. Taste is more of the citrus mix with a pithy grapefruit bitterness on the end.

Bottle from COSTCO variety 6-pack. Pours darker orange, well, you can even say its lightly hazy amber. Malty nose, bit of caramel, some light aromatic hop character but mainly wet malts and some light sour character. Tastes has malt backbone, somewhat rough or unpolished feel, light sweetness and quite a lot of bitterness. Again, not the best condition - but it was released in COSTCO just recently, so the beer should not be that old. Maybe a bit heat-damaged? That means I should drink other beers from my 6-pack quickly as well. Overall decent but the same beer has tasted much better in the past.
