On tap a couple months back at the Brass Tap in Wesley Chapel, FL. Pours clear gold with nice white head. The aroma is at first fresh and grainy and some may say sliding more toward cardboard. The next few pulls reveal an out of place tart note mixing with esters that sort of solidifies into a sweet banana note. Still another pull drums up Tang (TM) instant juice drink powder. The taste is odd as the esters seem to run from citrus tangerine to smooth near ripe banana. At times I get lots of grainy malt notes and at other time it is more acidic and still others sort of earthy stale notes. Hmmm.

A golden blonde ale with a thick white head. Aroma of sweet cream corn over chalky notes. In mouth, a chalky sweetish malt with some adjunct, greasy boring offering. On tap at Cigar City, Jan. 5 2011.
