Fresh organic ginger juiced by hand kisses the lithe malty body, copulating with the hop in this pale ale ancestor.

Cask@GBBF 2009. Orange color, small white head. Aroma of ginger, apple and pumpkin. Flavor has pumpkin, ginger and some bready notes. Tastes like one of those American Halloween pumpkin ales. Light palate.

Pours pale orange with a huge white head. Aroma is all sweet ginger. Wheat and ginger flavors. Thin and watery with fizzy carbonation. Reminds me of flavored seltzer water. For less than $3 for a bomber I couldn’t resist. Not very good.

Pours amber, white head. Aroma fileld with ginger, some floarl hops. Taste is much of the same, ginger all over, light bitter hops finish. Fairly weak brew, a lot of ginger, but not much else going on there.

12oz bottle. Ginger aroma. Full on ginger flavor. Filtered golden color. Highly carbonated. The relatively low alcohol definitely keeps it drinkable. Pretty straightforward, ok for what it is.

On tap at In de Wildeman, Amsterdam.
Pale amber coloured, small white head, dusty light ginger nose. Very mild prickling ginger taste with notes of chamomile tea. Spicy finish. Interesting but weak.

Peachy orange colour with massive thick head. Aroma and flavour dominated by ginger in a sweet sugary kind of way. Not terrible as a ’concept’ beer but not worth repeating.
