12 oz can. Pours a copper color with light head. Aromas of ginger candy. Flavors of watery beer and ginger. Ginger beef as stated. Good juju - I don’t know...

12 oz bottle from Beer52.com. An amber pour with a fast fading white head; beery ginger aroma; an immediate ginger hit in the mouth, but much softer than expected; then a warming root ginger prickle, leading to a rather thin finish. Clean, refreshing and well balanced. Much better than most ginger beers.

Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from One Stop Market. Appearance is clear light amber with tiny sparkle, 1/2 finger width fizzy head with poor retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong ginger over mildly malty base. Taste is as aroma--can’t really make out too much other than the ginger. Palate is light bodied with lively carbonation and ginger finish. Overall, a straightforward experience. No nuance but if you want an alcoholic subtler version of a ginger ale, this is for you.

Bottle from Beer52. Golden-amber, no head, prickly fizz. Smells of ginger powder and plastic. Tastes better than it smells- more dry ginger powder, a little lemon. Sweetish, maybe a little watery and lager-y though. Grew on me as I drank more, but maybe not enough.

Tap at whole Foods Bedford Deep golden bordering on amber. Huge ginger on the nose with some faint sweet bready caramel maltiness underneath. Very herbal and a bit distracting imho. Reminds me of a cough drop, not a fan.

This was poured into a nonic.
The appearance was a glossy to hazy burnt off orange to bent amber color. Some transparency. Light carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace. Filmy little bit of a white head.
The smell had the spicy ginger root up front. Sly little bit of citrus hops. Nicely \"carrying\" sweet caramel to toffee malt backing up to rye aroma nicely.
The flavor takes all of the aromas to blend at a nice pace. Rides all together on into the aftertaste and a semi-quick finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body. Fairly decent sessionability about it.
Overall, as a \"ginger\" beer, I see nothing wrong with it. Me, I’d definitely come back to this. Great stuff
