This was poured into a nonic.
The appearance was a glossy to hazy burnt off orange to bent amber color. Some transparency. Light carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace. Filmy little bit of a white head.
The smell had the spicy ginger root up front. Sly little bit of citrus hops. Nicely \"carrying\" sweet caramel to toffee malt backing up to rye aroma nicely.
The flavor takes all of the aromas to blend at a nice pace. Rides all together on into the aftertaste and a semi-quick finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body. Fairly decent sessionability about it.
Overall, as a \"ginger\" beer, I see nothing wrong with it. Me, I’d definitely come back to this. Great stuff

Bottle shared at Leighton’s place 14/04/2016. From Beer hawk. Bright golden orange coloured pour with a a loose off white head. Aroma is kinda soapy floral ginger, lavender, hint of seaweed. Flavour is composed of light grains, thin, a little soapy, seaweed, ginger. Palate is thin and light, highish carbonation, semi drying finish. Meh.

Bottle. Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Colour of Irn Bru. Small halo of white. Some sweet malts. Hint of ginger biscuit. Taste is light, spicy sweet. Turns light dry. Modicum of heat on the palate. Light body. Crisp fizz. Drinks easy as Irn Bru. Not much going on, but pretty ok.
