C: blonde, hazy.
A: floral hops, citrus, banana, apples, bit yeasty.
T: full malty base, banana, red apples peels, honey, herbal, spicy, nice balanced bitterness, medium carbonation, not as great as 9y ago yet still very nice, fully enjoyed.

F: huge white frothy long lasting. C: hazy pale gold to yellow. A: very hoppy, floral, hint of spruce, lemon, malt, yeast. T: very delicious, nice floral and citrus bitterness together with earthy sweetness of candy sugar, coriander, grass tones, medium body, above average carbonation, very good stuff worth to try.

On tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. Pours pale golden. The alcohol is hidden very well, but still noticeable. This makes the beer very light for a tripel. Besides that it is quite standard but very enjoyable.

Tasted from a bottle and from tap at the brewery, as well as under its alias Lupulus Ambrée, apparently a forerunner of it eight-odd years ago, but I had not idea it was the same thing till now. In any case this was the first 3 Fourquettes beer which was actually bottled. Spiced with thyme. Thick, creamy, rocky, yellowish white, stable head, deep peach blonde colour, hazy. Strong peachy aroma, orange peel, thyme noticeable, apple, vanilla, honey, floral hops and soapy hops, hint of vanilla; soft fruity taste with mild citrus touch, subdued maltiness but smooth, a bit honeyish and a bit bready and pleasant enough; fresh, light hop bitterness in the finish, dry with a touch of the thyme. Nothing too exceptional but a very decent spice beer for sure.

A light yellow beer with a big and blond head. Aroma has strong oranges, other citrusfruits, some flowers, fruits and fresh herbs. Interesting. Taste is simpler than aroma. Fruits, spices and some alcohol. Medium bodied, strong carbonation. Quite simple and too much of alcohol. Fruitful and spicy.

Draught, 0.30l. Clear pale golden color with medium creamy white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of herbal hops, citrus, grass and basement yeast. Taste starts with light sweet grainy malt, follows by citric and grassy acidity with spicy mouthfeel and moderate bitter finish. Full body, oily texture and soft carbonation in palate. 750ml Bottle - Golden with a white head and a slight haze. Grain, lemon, grassy hops and spice in the aroma. Grassy and moderately hoppy taste with lemon, lime, coriander and some slightly grainy notes. Refreshing and easy to drink for the strength. Not a stereotypical tripel, more like a cross between a wheat beer, a strong lager and a tripel. Interesting.

Bottle. Beermerchants.com. Cloudy yellow. Thick, billowy, lasting, white head. Very sweet, grainy malt. Fresh, green hop. A little lemon. Light spice. Chewy yeast. Taste is grainy sweet. Yeasty dry. Medium body. A bit greasy. Finishes dry, and oily bitter. Drinks well under the ABV. Comes across like a strong, hoppy lager.
