Bottle 0,75ltr: Hazy yellow Achouffe-like brew (no wonder this brewery owned by the former owner of Achouffe) pretty hoppy and spicy taste and a great bitter finish.

Gold with a frothy, white head and lots of floaters. White wine aroma. Pears. A touch of spice. Dry, bitter taste the whole way through. Clean, crisp finish with a mineral character. Almost refreshing, the booze stays hidden apart from a faint warmth at the end. Good.

0,5 l bottle. Pours hazy golden yellow with medium white head. Head fades to lasting veil. Aroma is very fruity, pears, yeast, slightly peppery. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. Finish is fruity and packs a nice bitter punch.

Bottle. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Yeasty, fruity. Taste: Yeasty, fruity esters (citrus, stone fruit), spicy hints and nice moderate to over moderate hopbitter background. Smooth, quite dense and lightly creamy mouthfeel. Just over medium body, average carbonation. Nice Tripel.
