Lupulus is a blonde ale with an alcohol proof of 8,5 %, refermented in champagne bottles and in casks. The choice not to filter the beer, as well as not to pasteurize it ensures its taste and aromatic quality. The use of hops in considerable quantities, gives this liquid gold a freshness and an incomparable bouquet. Store this beer, as it ought to be, next to your beloved Grand-Cru and serve at a temperature between 8 and 12°C (46,4 and 53,6°F). You'll be delighted

Catada en copa Edinburgh, color oro viejo, espuma blanca medianamente conservada. Aroma fresco a cereal, levadura, pan, paja, cítricos.

Sample draft. Almost clear dark golden with a fluffy head. Stone fruit, Belgian yeast, spices, gin, vodka, tequila. Dry hoppy bitterness, boozy fruity sweetness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry bitter boozy finish. Classic Belgian Tripel, don’t like the booziness in here..

Aliaksei L.

On tap at Alkmaars Bierhuis, pours a cloudy pale golden with a large white head. Nose brings out doughy notes, some black pepper, and spicy Belgian yeast. Flavour is dry and spicy, with bright Belgian yeast, spicy black pepper, and some doughy notes. Not at the top tier of Belgian tripels, but the yeast expression is unique and interesting. Nicely made.

Iper Varese 04.02.23

Bottle, 8.5% as Lupulus Triple. Mild yeasty aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Good stable plasticky white head. The flavour is yeasty and peppery, quite clean, though. Black pepper. Mildly spicy aftertaste.
