Lupulus is a blonde ale with an alcohol proof of 8,5 %, refermented in champagne bottles and in casks. The choice not to filter the beer, as well as not to pasteurize it ensures its taste and aromatic quality. The use of hops in considerable quantities, gives this liquid gold a freshness and an incomparable bouquet. Store this beer, as it ought to be, next to your beloved Grand-Cru and serve at a temperature between 8 and 12°C (46,4 and 53,6°F). You'll be delighted

Bottle, medium stable bubbly frothy head, light hazy deepish yellow color, fruity, yeasty aroma with some almonds, fruity slightly lemony flavor with honey, candy, vanila notes in the back, light and a touch coarse bitterness. Fair and pleasant but not too complex.

BOTTLE 75 CL. Hazy straw, white head. Dry a little tart aroma, a bit of white wine maybe. Nice aroma but dies away quickly. Simple dry slightly fruity, dry herbal bitterness, soft massging body. Ok.

Bottle sample at the "Farewell to Vova Shack" tasting at Stas’s place. Thanks Vova. Hazy yellow with a white head. Fruity esters aroma with yeast, some spiciness, graininess. Sweetish flavor, fruity, yeasty, spicy, with a bit of alcohol. Medium-bodied, strong carbonation.

Bottle, 0.75l. Pours hazy yellow body with big and frothy white head, long lasting, great lacing and retention. Smell is absolutely wonderful, wheaty, fruity, herbal... Full body with thick and creamy texture, softly carbonated. Lovely combination of sweet and bitter. Aroma is rich, malts, yeast, hops, herbs, hint of coriander, sugar, citrus fruits.. Followed by a long lasting finish, slightly bitter, mostly dry with very noticeable presence of alcohol. Overall, excellent brew. Delicious.

Shared 75cl bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a thick creamy white head. Some sediment present. Aroma of fruit, apples, yeast, and spice. Taste follows nose, with the finish being rather sweet and warm. Palate is a little thin for the style.

Hazy, pale yellow colored, medium- white creamy head, good lacing. Aroma is of malt, some brewing sugar, fruity, spicy and Belgian yeast. Taste is medium sweet malt and brewing sugar, fruity, lemony and spicy hops, medium aroma and bitterness, spicy yeasty finish, dry. Medium bodied, lively- carbonation, bit oily. Good, but the flavor could be more pronounced. (on tap, Craft Room, Zagreb)
