Bottle @ RBSG Grand Tasting. Pours a clear deep amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty woody spicy caramel aroma. Sweetish malty woody spicy vanilla and caramel flavor. Has a sweetish malty woody spicy vanilla and caramel finish.

Bottle @ RBSG Grand Tasting. Pours a reddish brown appearance with a brown head. Whiskey, oaky, tannic, dark grape, caramel aroma. Pretty smooth flavor. Light oxidation, caramel, toffee, vanilla, whiskey, fig flavors. Pretty good but a bit boozy.

On tap at SPSBF. Pours a clear deep amber brown and a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a really nice combination of barrel, dark fruit, sweet grains and caramel. Flavor has a great matching of dark fruit, caramel and dark grain with the barrel coming out in the finish.

Bottle. Pours darkest brown with tan head. Nose/taste of caramel toffee, smoked malts, biscuit malt, whiskey barrel, oak and vanilla. Smooth, velvety mouth feel. Medium body.

From growler. Mild fruity and dark roasted malty aroma. Fruity, bitter, dark malty and slight acidic fruity. Bitter, acidic and dry malty. Bitter and roasted malty finish.
