Brauerei Lemke Original

Original

ABV: 5.4%   Lager - Amber / Vienna
We owe the first Viennese lager to Anton Dreher, the inventor of the lager. With the advent of light beers in the 19th century, it was displaced, but found its way to Mexico, where the original brewing style was greatly modified. Not so with us. We have been brewing our “Original” unchanged since 1999.

Malzbetont, schlank, trocken.

Draught at the brewpub. Nut brown, creamy head. Mildly roasty. Soft and velvetty with medium-full body. Despite the softness it’s solid and malt accented with notes of butter. Fairly low bitterness. A top quality dunkel!
