Growler shared by John. Pours dark brown. Nose/taste of sweet candy, grape, coffee and caramel. Dry woody grain finish. Medium body.

growler-thanks Jon-pours deep red/mahogany with a cascading tight tan head. Aroma is roasty medium malt-some chocolate, spice. Taste is roasty medium malt-some chocolate/slight anise, spice hops, hint of smoke. Medium/full body. Uprating this, as the 2nd ½ the growler had more to it than when freshly opened.
