Port Omna Bourbon Barrel-Aged Blend is our 9.8% Imperial Milk Stout comprising over 1/3 of barrel aged stout aged in Elijah Craig 8-Year bourbon casks for over 26 months. These barrels were specifically selected for their luxurious body and elevate the base Port Omna with notes of caramel, bourbon, vanilla and dark fruit all derived from oak aging.

Draft at Brewery. Pours black with tan head. Nose and taste of roast chocolate malt, cocoa and mild oak. Slight coffee in finish. Medium body.
