From tap. Dark amber copper color with beige head. Aroma is malty, smoked, caramel, light bready, dark fruits, hoppy, pine, juniper. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium to full oily body with soft carbonation.

On tap at Haand Festival. It’s a clear, dark golden beer with a finger-thick, off-white head leaving lacings. The aroma has a touch of booze, with caramel, a generic fruityness and some peachy and piney notes. The flavor has a fine bitterness, it’s warming and full-bodied on the palate, and with caramel, pine cones and a peachy touch. Lasting finish. There’s lots of aroma and taste in this one, still it’s sort of boring, and it’s not my kind of beer anyway. 140524

Clear red colour, white head. Light smoky aroma, honey, dried fruits, malts. Malty flavour, light sweet, honey. Sweet malty finish, dried apricot.

Draught at CBC 2014. Almost clear ruby liquid with a medium off-white head. Aroma of dried fruit, raw sugar, oxidation, juniper, toffee and sweet alcohol. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with notes of dried fruit, raw sugar and port wine. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice.

Haand 2014. Pale amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is fruit, berries, hop, pine, malt, caramel. Flavour is is dry, fruit, fruit, berries, hop, pine, honey, alcohol, malt, caramel, spices. Weird beer, but also a nice one.

Tap at CBC 2014. Beer in the glass brownish, small head. Alcoholic-spicy aroma. Starts alcoholic, malty, warming, light hints of caramel. Earthy background. Warming-malty finish. Nice!

Keg at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, green session. 03/05/2014. Dark Black coloured pour with a light tan halo of head. Aroma is smoked malts, phenols, peat, TCP. Flavour is smooth peat smoked malts, earthy coffee beans. Palate is full bodied, crisp dry finish. Big lingering peat smoked malts.

Draught @ CBC 2014 [ Green Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Närke Fimbulvinter ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dried fruit - juni per, moderate hoppy, wood - pine, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet hops, riped fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140503]
