A dry-style mead, similar to a semi-dry Riesling. Light gold in color with a floral flavor, this mead lets you taste the flavor of the flower's nectar that sometimes is hidden by the sweetness of honey.

2010 Bottle as shown thanks to Doug. Pours a clear yellow with no head. The aroma is honey, fruit, and faint booze. Thin mouthfeel with fruit and light citrus finish. Alcohol has mellowed, really enjoyed this one.

Bottle thanks to clockwork tasting. Pours light yellow with nose of honey and florals. Tastes of light honey, florals, apples, and some sauvignon blanc. Pretty thin on palate and flavors very subdued.
