Bottle. Black with brown head. Nose and taste of soured oak, dark fruit, cocoa and dried grape. Moderate tartness. Medium body.

Had bottle with dinner on Friday. Pours a reddish brown (I believe although the restaurant is very dark). Nose is semi fruity and funky. tastes of berry tartness, slight cough syrup, leather, wood, red wine and yeast. pleasant brew
