It has a delicate floral aroma and the distinctive flavor is complex yet balanced with notes of citrus, pineapple and spice. Its clean and mildly tart finish is reminiscent of a Gewurztraminer. Serve slightly chilled with your favorite exotic dish.

Bottle shared by Steve. Pours clear yellow. Nose/taste of fresh honey, beeswax, dry wood and vanilla. Finishes very dry honey/wood. Medium body.
