On draught at the tap room. Cloudy reddish-brown color with a medium thin off-white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malt, toffee and hops. Full-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, resiny hops and fruit. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Tap @ Hogshead. What the fuck is up with the picture for this beer? Thank you, Jake! Pours a hazy dark reddish brown appearance with a tan, bubbly head. Rich caramel, a bit fruity, toffee, earthy aroma. A bit goopy/syrupy mouthfeel but not necessarily sticky. Tons of dried dark fruits, toffee, light bubblegum, mild citrus, black cherry, fig flavor. Great, fun stuff!

A tranditional british bw named after an Aphex Twin song? - that’s what’s up - lightly hazy ruby - soapy lace - nose has some light toffee and treacle, some bright fruity tones, some earthy hop notes - slick and lightly syrupy in the mouth - moderate toffee, a bit of sherry, dried cherries, a touch of fig - moderate bitterness and a light whiskey note late - a little hot in the finish - tad too young at the moment, but tasty.
