0,5 l bottle from our Hol´ Ab! market. Clear dark copper with a more than two finger pale beige foamy head in the glass! Looks great! Smells malty with some sweetness. Taste the same, malty, some caramel sweetness, getting more toasted in the second part. Low carbonation. Really quaffable stuff. Nothing more to say.

Bottle. As much red as brown with a pale beige head that never disappears. Aroma of brown bread, stewed fruit, hints of roast, light spices. Malty it is but not ll that much sweetness and much more roast and bitterness than I was expecting. Solid beer in a style that I'm very slowly coming around to.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Pours a clear mahogany brown colour with a medium sized creamy beige head. Lively carbonation. Aroma is malty, dry dark fruit, berries, caramel, cherries, nuts, toasted bread and a little brown sugar. Taste is more the same with added roasty notes in the background . Medium bodied with a very smooth mouthfeel. Lingering aftertaste of berries on the palate. Very good.

0.5 l bottle from 'Rudat', best before December 2019. Clear, dark reddish brown with a medium large, frothy, stable, light beige head. Sweetish-malty, minimally fruity aroma of caramel, nuts, some chocolate and a touch of raisins. Fairly sweet, malty, minimally fruity taste of caramel, nuts, some bread crust and traces of raisins, followed by a short, slightly bitter, minimally grassy-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice Dunkel!
