Bottle in the Jolly Butchers. Can’t believe I ain’t had this before! Hazy amber beer, little pale tan head. Palate is light and crispy. Minerals. Creamy malt base, caramel streak. Medium hops, a little orange. Finishes minerally. Tastes a bit muted but it’s all right.

Bottle. Amber with a creamy, white head. Aroma and taste of hops, pineapple, toffee and citrus. Refreshing and easy to drink. The finish was dry.

355 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.4%. Deep orange to amber colour, large off-white head. Strong and pleasant sweetish aroma of malts and oranges / orange marmalade, honey, fruity hops and hints of caramel. The flavour is medium sweet and malty, notes of caramel and oranges, and a firm hoppy bitterness in the finish. Some resin in the aftertaste. Very good.

Pours cloudy amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, grape and a hint of pine. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long sweet and light bitter finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Aroma: The aroma is caramel malts, pine/resin hops, and some citrus/grapefruit
Appearance: It pours a clear caramel-orange color with a small whitish head and light lace
Flavor: It is light-medium sweet, and medium-plus bitter, matches with the nose, and leans hoppy
Palate: The body is clean and light-medium, it has a lively carbonation, and a somewhat dry finish
Overall Impression: I have made mention to the "How have I not rated this before" club in other ratings, well this one might be the captain/president of that club. To tell the truth, I actually remembered it being better, but this is still a very solid APA. I don't know if this is an old bottle, or if I just remembered it being a better beer then it is, but, even though it was good, it didn't totally hit the mark.

355 ml bottle @ Patricks. Reddish orange body with a medium sized tan head. Aroma has some caramel malt with a lighter version of the typical Stone hop signature. Flavor is sweet, smooth caramel malt, light and fruity hops, some pine and moderate bitterness. Really nice and quaffable, a nice version of a rather boring style.
