33cl bottle from Vinmonpolet Aker brygge, Oslo. Pours hazy golden with a lasting, white head. Slightly funky aroma with notes of green berries, citrus, barnyard and hints of malt and Brett. Moderate sweet with a nice acidity and gooseberry flavour. Refreshing one! Wouldn’t mind more of this.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, deep golden with a small, white head. Very tart aroma, some sulphur and citrusy hops. Medium-bodied, heavy lactic sourness, suprisingly heavy carbonation. Very sour indeed, at least to my liking. 151215

Draught@CBC2015 (Yellow). Deep brown colour with some ambery tones to it, not that much head, but the tiny bit that is is fluffy and off-white. Aroma is roasted malts, some acidic wooden notes as well as mild sour berries to it. Flavour is quite similar, with some mild vanilla and sweet wooden and alcoholic notes to it. Quite a biting bitterness to it as well.

Taste sour grainy and citric with vinegar note, follows moderate sweet malty with dry and mild spicy mouthfeel, while finish is mild tannin and ashy bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Fresh, fizzy and funky...
