Cloudy light brown color with a minimal white head with medium retention. Aroma has notes of barnyard with light citrus hints. Flavor is sourish with citrus notes. Sour final with a dry mouthfeel.

Big offwhite head. Hazy amber body with strong carbonation. Wooden rhubarb and spice aroma. Acidic rhubarb and strawberry taste with unclean herbal notes. Mid-bodied. Fizzy mouthfeel. Acidic wooden herbal aftertaste, again with some unclean notes. Not really a success for me. (0.4l draft at Crow Bar, Oslo.)

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - cloudy amber with a decent head. Nose - tangy orange and yoghurt. Taste - apricots and orange. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - I like this.

Bottle at home. It pours lightly hazy amber with a thick white head. The nose is earthy, funky, lactic acid, cider vinegar, doughy, soft fruits and orange sherbet. The taste is bitter, earthy, sherbet, sour green apple, wood, decent hit of lactic acidity, sherbet, orange peel, zesty lemon, wet leaves, mustiness and light alcohol with a dry finish. Light-medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Punchy acidity. Pretty decent stuff.

Orange color with big white head. Citrus, tangerine aroma, some yeastiness. Taste is lactic acid, tart, quite unbalanced. A crazy idea for a beer, dryhopping a beer this tart.
