Flaske fra Kihoskh, på hytta: uklar brunoransje med højt, tett skum som varer. Hadde gitt den 4 på utseendet hvis fargen hadde vært mer innbydende. Aroma av sur eplesider og citrus. Frisk smak, en ordentlig ganerenser som fint matchet mitt smørrebrød med dansk karrysild. Tørr, astringent ettersmak.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden, with an enormous creamy head slowly receding to a thin layer. Aroma is quite hoppy with spicy tropical fruits and lychee, as well as lactic acid, lemon, apples and wooden notes of brett. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is sour with sharp lactic acid, lemon, unripe apples and floral brett, as well as some notes of tropical fruits and tangerine. Lingering astringency in the finish.

Bottle. StarmoreBoss, Sheffield. Hazy amber. Bits and bobs of clingy, white head. Sour, tart, tropical fruit. Yeasty funk. Backdrop of grainy malt. Taste is tart, and red wine vinegar, acetic sour. Quite tannic. Bit too much fizz for me. Keeps it crisp, though. Finishes dry, and crisply tart.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session I, 01/05/2015. Hazed orange amber topped with a moderate off white swirl. Nose is funked up tropicana, tangy peach, aprioct, straw. Taste comprises punchy trops, citric peel, more peach and apricot, damp straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a juicy hop wash. Decent tropihop sour.

CBC. Hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and light sour. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Light dry and light acidic finish. 010515

En fût. Couleur orangée translucide, mousse blanche. Arôme fruité, bois, forêt, melon miel. Goût de melon miel, malt, acidité moyenne-faible, alcool en fin de bouche. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen.

Draught @Kitty’s. Slight hazy amber colored, thin white head. Rhubarb, lemon, sour berries in aroma. Flavor has rhubarb, fresh apple juice. Really tart stuff. Dry. Rhubarb in the dry finish. Uncommon sour. quaffable, refreshing. Nice body and balanced.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is strange sour-ish, wet hay, sour grass, horse blanket, flowers, citrus acid, weeds, oak, citrus peel. Taste is sour-ish dry, sour grass, flowers, fresh wood, weeds, rope, citrus acid, soda powder, citrus peel. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice enough.
