Cloud Cover is brewed with Belgian pilsner malt, along with a blend of malted and unmalted wheat and oats.Cloud Cover is hopped with German Hersbrucker hops from Seitz Farms and spiced with orange peel and coriander in the Whirlpool. After fermentation, this beer is cold-conditioned for several weeks, allowing its complex flavors to develop.Cloud Cover pours a hazy yellow with a rocky white foam head and offers notes of fresh citrus and clove.

16 oz can from the brewery, 5/16/20. Pours a hazed pale yellowish color, white head, fairly strong lace. Full on Belgian yeast, banana, and clove aroma, with some spice, citrus hop notes, and a little grain. Drinks really bright and clean. If you are looking for a Belgian Wit flavor profile, not sure how you could drink this outside and have too many complaints. Great back yard / beach beer. About as good as example of this style as I can recall.

On tap at Winberie’s in Princeton, NJ. Hazy yellow gold pour. Brief white head. Fragrant lemony nose has earthy notes. Flavor follows nose. Lemon and orange are prominent throughout. Earthy yeasty notes as well. Refreshing and flavorful.

At the source: pours light gold with a white head. Aroma is slightly funky, banana, and light apice. Taste is slightly sweet, tasty, and a bit spicy. Somewhat bitter for a wit.
