Enjoyed a sample at my buddy's place. Appearance is moderate pitch black with an off white head. Aroma is really good, strong espresso notes, fudge, chocolate, good stuff. Taste is acidic, huge coffee notes, but overall I think it burns from the acidity. Not a fan.

Bottle. Strong earthy coffee and light chocolate malt aroma. Dark brown with moderate tan head. Strong bittersweet coffee grounds and light toffee malt flavor. Body a bit light. Okay but not much beyond the coffee.

Draft - Lots of roast and coffee bean. Deep mahogany with almost no head. Roast with some coffee. Very light on the palate and surprisingly easy drinking.

Probably not as mild as a sweetstout but fer sure up there in commonly good stoutly stouty attributes. Cutting co2 combined with ever so slight tart impact between the lips. Impressive without being to rude. Lots of coffee fer, perhaps a tad too much,. Coffee smell and coffee palate all round.

12oz bottle. Burgundy-brown-black body. Creamy beige head. Brown chocolate coffee aroma. This is quite a a nice coffee oatmeal Stout. Clean, fresh, full of coffee flavor., but not oily. Medium to full bodied. Doughy. A great beer, I’d buy another sixpack of this.

Bottle at Blipp’s surprise tasting. Pours very dark brown with tan head. Nose is ultra fresh coffee with roasted barley and cocoa. Taste is same but a bit muted with some dried barley/grain in finish. Medium body.
