A Belgian-style wit that is spiced with coriander and orange peel that gives the beer an orange and lemon flavor. The Belgian yeast combined with the wheat malt makes this refreshing and highly drinkable.

Location: Draft at the Brewpub, 10/5/12, as Rocgaarden Wit

Aroma: The nose is wheaty, with a little lemon, some spice, and yeast
Appearance: It has a cloudy yellow pour with a small head and no retention
Flavor: It is lightly sweet up-front, moving into a later light tart/lemon feel in the end palate
Palate: The body of this one is fairly light, with a soft carbonation, and a lightly dry finish
Overall Impression: Overall, I thought this one was a more then solid example of the style. This is a more then adequate beer.
