Hazy pale yellow with a medium white head. Grainy and dryish with coriander and a bit of mustiness. Medium finish and body.

Location: Draft at the Brewpub, 10/5/12, as Rocgaarden Wit
Aroma: The nose is wheaty, with a little lemon, some spice, and yeast
Appearance: It has a cloudy yellow pour with a small head and no retention
Flavor: It is lightly sweet up-front, moving into a later light tart/lemon feel in the end palate
Palate: The body of this one is fairly light, with a soft carbonation, and a lightly dry finish
Overall Impression: Overall, I thought this one was a more then solid example of the style. This is a more then adequate beer.

on tap-pours a white ring for a head and straw yellow color. Aroma is rock candy, banana, light malt. Taste is rock candy, banana, citrus-lemon/orange zest, light malt, some pepper. OK effervescence.
