Bottle shared at 5K/10K/4K tasting. Pours dark brown. Nose and taste of caramel, toffee, soured dark fruit, wood, wine barrel and velvet. Medium body.

Bottle. Murky orange-brown body, no head. Deep, delectable nose of brandy, brown sugar, caramel, and green apple. Sweet body with brown sugar and caramel, tart and somewhat oxidized. Rich. I can’t imagine this beer would receive poor ratings if every bottle was like this one.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown with no head. The aroma is soy sauce. Thin mouthfeel with soy sauce and steak marinade. Not much sour. Instead of a drain pour I will marinade a steak.
