Bottle. Clear amber in colour with slight carbonation and no head. Sweet caramel and orange aroma, with a jarring baked bean edge lurking in the background. Flavours of heavy marmalade with more sweetness lingering on into the finish. Alcohol was fairly prominent. Ok.

30 cl. bottle @ home. Old yellow with an off-white head. Slightly yeasty smell, with a fruity hoppy aroma. Faint metallic taste. One of the few spring bocks I really enjoy.

30cl bottle bought in Venlo. Amber with a loose cream head; sweet floral aroma; smooth with a sweet rich grainy flavour; and a light fresh grassy bitterness to finish. Rather pleasant and drinkable.

Small off-white head over fully metallic golden beer, caramel colour. Very honeyish in aroma, with caramel and maltsyrup. Lightstruck, oxydation, old caramel; dried but sweet malts. Bit metallic. Quite slick, slighty burning afterfeel. Bit tired and definitely lightstruck (bad shelfpreservation). Still, I get that this is not a bad blonde Bock.

For a lentebock this is dark in colour, almost amber. Plenty of fresh hop in the nose. Flavour has a good balance of sweet, soft caramel malt and dry, bitter hop.
