Bottle thanks to Ferris/vertbaconstrips. Pours cloudy gold with white head. Nose and taste of rye, papaya, saison yeast, lemon and orange peel. Rustic farmhouse notes. A bit overcarbonated. Lighter medium body.

Deep golden color. Very peppery, rye and coriander nose. Very dry, peppery, coriander, somewhat funky, very dry. Long dry lingering peppery finish, but I feel it is a bit over spiced.

Bottle - Sweet, perfumey and very pleasant. Pale clear sparkling gold with a fluffy white head. Tastes much like it smells, sweet, perfume, a bit spicey and a yeast kick at the end. I do get a bit of hops and bitterness to round things out, and must say this is a very nice beer. If WR keeps this up they could be the local brewer I have been hoping for.
