Enjoyed from bottle at a party which was a gift, a much appreciated one at that. Didn't take tasting notes, remember this being a nice Belgian triple, moderate abv for the style, nice clove notes, pretty good stuff.

Pour is a hazy dark gold with a large white head. Aroma is honey sweetness, yeast esters and a bit of banana. Flavor is bitter fruit hops with some green apple, a bit of bitter orange peel and there is a touch of alcohol. Not as carbonated as some of the Belgian triples but this was way tasty and almost to "fresh" with the hops used.

Bottle as Tripel. Pours burnt orange with off white head. Nose and taste of fruit, bubblegum, yeast, lemongrass and alcohol. Medium body. Mild spice.
