Beer Geek Breakfast aged in Tequila barrels.

Aroma is a combination of malts, caramel, chocolate and coffee. The body is medium with light coffee and chocolate flavors, wood, slightly spicy and boozy notes from the barrel aging. It has a creamy texture, average carbonation and a bitter edge on the finish.

(Bottle) Black colour with lasting, creamy, pale brown head. Malty, roasted nose with strong black coffee, liquorice, anise, cacao, roasted malt and woody hints of tequila. Malty, roasted taste with notes of black coffee, liquorice, roasted malt, some soy sauce, wood, tequila and a generous coffee bitterness in a slightly vinous finish. More than medium body, drier than expected. Tasty and well made with an interesting tequila touch. Very nice.

Bottle (Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen). Black with brown, big head. Roasty and chocolate aroma. Roasty with small alcohol in taste with subtle sour in aftertaste. Good but after vanilla shake bba everything is only good.

Bottled@The Hobbit Tasting. Black colour with a mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is chocolate, some tequila, mild alcohol as well as mild roast and some toasted notes. Flavour is alcohol, some chocolate, coffee, mild tequila and some wooden notes. Good elements, but sadly they don’t go together that well.
