Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Blue Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Green Flash Natura Morta Plum ].Unclear - hazy medium orange yellow (pink - peach) color with a average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, peach, plum, funk. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, peach - apricot - plum, fruity, light funky - brett. Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 2, 01/05/2015. Lightly hazed crimson with a decent off white covering. Nose is tarte plum, funk, straw, earthy notes, tarte berries, herbal strokes. Taste comprises more plum notes, spice, straw, red berry, light wood, faint citric rinds. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light brett strains. Decent funky saison.
