Surprising beer. Aroma and flavor have a corky lambic Brett character. The comes some rubber lambic phenolics. It needs more carbonation and a bit of a younger beer blend and I think u get a decent 3F clone. Very long and dry finish.

750mL bottle, pours a clear dark golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out vinegar, medium acid, light funk, and light floral quality. Flavour is quite tart, vinegar and acetic, with low funk, high acidity and high vinegar quality. Not really all that complex, with too much acidity for me. Decent, but not my kind of sour.

750ml bottle shared at tasting. Unfiltered orange-tan. Oily head. Pretty standard US Sour..in a good way. Apricot tinged sour yeast tones. Relatively light on the palate, medium bodied. Mellow carbonation. Lemon-lime tones. Tasty, clean for the style.

Bottle @ home, big thanks to readbaron for sending! Pours a cloudy dark orange appearance with a thin, off white head. Aroma is simply fantastic with tons of fucking cheese, funk, and basement aromas. Body is a little thin. Definitely some candy necklace flavors along with passion fruit, lemon, and pineapple. A good amount of yogurt, oak, white wine, and fruits. Aroma is unbelievable but the flavor isn’t quite up to par. Carbonation is a bit dull. Fun brew!

Bottle as shown. Pours a cloudy orange with a small frothy white head. Thw aroma is funk, citrus, and oak. Medium mouthfeel with light sour fruit, funk, rubber, and light tart finish. Very impressive.
