Sampled during RBSG. From notes. Clove, banana, wheat with some caramel and bready yeast.

Draft during RBSG 2014 bus tour at Square One. Hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of wheat, yeast, light spices. Tastes of wheat, yeast, spices, subtle banana, sweet malt. Medium-light body and dry, medium carbonation.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy clove aroma. Sweetish fruity wheat malty spicy banana flavor. Has a sweetish wheat malty spicy yeasty banana finish.

Draft at source. Pours cloudy amber white head. Nose/taste of banana cream pie, light caramel banana, clove and wheat. Medium body.

Draft - Light banana, orange and spice. Cloudy gold with a thin white head. Light sweet banana, light caramel malts and small amount of spice. Dark but subtle, with a creamy mellow finish.

Sampled at the brewery. Pours a hazy amber with a gray head that starts and remains at the edges. Aroma has light clove with an earthy but sweet wheat and a hint of light fruit. Flavor has lots of clove and light fruits up front supported by sweet wheat that mellows through the finish.

Pour is a cloudy orange with a nice white head. Aroma is a nice bubblegum, clovey wheat. Flavor is some wheat and clove but well below the aroma. The aroma off this was great and eveything a hefe should be but the flavor was kinda watery.

Tap @ Square One. Pours a milky, yellow orange appearance with an off white head. Goopy, chewy yeasty, bready/grainy, lightly fruity, lemon nose. The flavor really wasn’t very appetizing with notes of bread, yeast, lemon, caramel, and grass. As a big fan of German Hefeweizens, this was a big let down.
