(bottle) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a fluffy, slightly off-white foamy head. Light-sweet and yeasty malty nose with citrus-fruity and slightly piney hops. Light-bitter flavour, slim malty base, slightly yeasty and moderately fruity taste with light peppery spice; dry-ish, bitter-sweet and fruity finish with an aromatic hoppy tail (24.05.08).

500 ml brown bottle from Bottle Barn. Floral aroma. Takes awhile to find out it’s citrus. Hazy orange amber color with a white head that left lace tatters. Medium body with moderate carbonation. The flavor starts with citrus peel and bready notes. It finishes fairly dry, with a bit of malt and a good dose of bitter in a floral, arguably citrus, way. Just another very excellent ale from Wychwood. Perhaps a bit more complex than most of theirs, but aren’t they all just great?

Pours bright amber into a shaker. White head quickly subsides to skim surface. Slight resin aromas. Upfront caramel with a lasting bitter finish. Nice.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Clear, amber golden with a somewhat rough, off-white head. Very fresh aroma of citrus and litchi. Fairly light in body with a discreet malt base but extremely fresh and fruity accents with the citrus dominating. Dry finish. Extremely fresh and quaffable. 150807
