We hit this full bodied IPA with “nookie” four times during the brewing process to give this ale its trademark Chinook hop character.

Sampled on draft at the Rivertowne Pub this beer poured a dark copper color with a medium sized creamy orange-white head that lingered and produced outstanding lacing. The aroma was very tangy, sweet and strongly citric. The flavor was bitter, tangy, chalky and perfumey with light notes of lemon and grapefruit. The finish was long with bitter grapefruit and perfume and turned a bit dry towards the end. Medium body. Nice.
