Our long awaited collaboration with Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergso from Evil Twin Brewing. It’s an all Brettanomyces Bruxellensis Drei fermented IPA hopped with Waimea, Amarillo, Citra, Ahtanum, and Motueka. Pineapple and tropical fruit esters with a light funk and a slight tartness.

Dumpf bitterer Antrunk mit Noten von Wc Stein --> bruxelensis. Ansonsten spritzig mit hell gewürzigen Noten, süffig, fast etwas wässrig. Intensiv hefig, ok. 9/11/11/11//11

Tap at ginger man. This is a concoction for sure. Pours a hazy peach almost like a smoothie. Nose is wonderful Brett and tropical fruits pretty awesome. Taste is overpowering Brett, plenty of mango, tangerines, herbal, hint of pine needles. Soft creamy palate but with Brett lingering in nostrils.

Proletariat, NYC tap: Pours an opaquely hazy light orange with a white head. Aroma is brettish funk, earthiness, fruitiness. Taste is very heavy on the brett. The sugar is certainly present and gives this beer a sweet taste. The funky yeast interacts well with the hops and gives this an interesting finish and a sustained aftertaste. It was pretty good, but I felt like if this wasn’t a collaboration one-off, they would have perfected the recipe better.
