Big, bold, hoppy & gold... Built sturdy enough to withstand the Apocalypse, but delicate enough to sip and enjoy all night.

(Keg at OlutExpo 2016) The beer poured deep golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, booze and berries. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, glue, booze, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A messy strong brew.

Sampled from tap at the Oedipus International Beer Festival 2016. Sweetish, perfumy and a little fruity aroma of caramel, belgian candy, some peach and a bit of citrus. Sweetish, a little fruity taste of caramel, honey, peach, citrus, clove and vanilla, followed by a medium long, slightly bitter, a little dry and spicy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!

On tap at Omnipollos Hatt. Hazy light amber with a small white head. Sweet with fruit, yeast, coriander, malt and pineapple. The body was almost full, the carbonation fairly soft. An ok one.

Keg at Omnipollos Hatt, Stockholm Cloudy pale amber, small creamy head. Fruity nose with coriander, pineapple and marzipan. Sweet with full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Spun sugar, honey, marzipan and coriander. Creamy with soothing honey. Sugary finish with a touch of resin and pepper. Typical American style mega-sweet Belgo ale, but its soft richness makes it attractive even with all the sugar.
