Bottle. Pours brown tan head. Nose/taste of coffee, citrus peel, caramel malt, whiskey and oak. Medium body. Well integrated.

Workd of Beer, reston tap: Pours amber with white head. Aroma is coffe ground, some wood, pine, and spice. taste is coffee grounds. Hops and sugar. Whiskey is rather light in this. Weird and not bad.

12.7 oz bottle poured into a teku glass. Semi-hazy amber with 2.5 fingers of off-white head. Aromas of whiskey, coffee, oak, vanilla, roasted pepper skin. Tastes of whiskey, coffee, subtle floral notes, some roasted charred pepper skin. Medium body with a dry finish. Like this better than the neutral oak barrel aged version.
