33cl bottle from Beerwulf webshop. F: big, white, good retention. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, fruity, bit peach, honey, herbal touch. T: medium malty base, toast, orange, decent yet nice harmonic bitterness, nice fruity caramel with good bitterness, higher carbonation, ok, enjoyable.

Bottle. Golden color. Soft malty citric, slightly herbal aroma. Hint of ginger. Hopbitter, citric, very estery flavor with ginger and marmelade. Dry, hoppy finish. Not bad.

Bottle from hetbiermoment.nl. Pours amber with ugly floaters and whiteish head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, malty, some butter. Flavor is sweet and bitter, citrus, fruits, caramel, floral notes, hint of graininess. Finish is sweet and citric with some dryness. Overall: not very lagery, more like ok IPA or IPL.

Small off-white head, fast gone over low-carbonated (cold)hazy orange-ochre beer. Cake, biscuit, grapes, exotic fruit, oranges, all there but not very intense. But nice. Bitterish to bitter, straw, hay, fruit. Finish has more intense bitterness, bit vegetable, resiny. Bitter melon, grapefruit, citruspeel. Wry, dry bitterness, clean. Light carbonation. Quite good, like it. If this is a Heller Bock, then Pliny the Younger is a Doppelbock 7/4/7/4/15

Tap at Indewildeman, 17th May 18. Pours clear and straw coloured. Aroma is light caramel, malts. Taste is clean, malty, light bitter, ESB characteristics. Good.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een oranje bruin bier met een volle schuimkraag. Het heeft een hoppige geur. De smaak is hoppig en fruitig.

Opaque pale amber colour, good frothy off-white head, good retention, fair lacing. Shy aroma that takes some time to open, sweet malts, orange, peach, white grapes, yeast, light caramel. Medium sweet and bitter, malty, caramel, fruity, piney notes. Mild sweetbitter aftertaste, malty, fruity, medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Crisp and tasty, quite good actually.

Draft. Aroma of grainy malt, yeast and eaters. Taste has sweet malt, yeast and grassy bitter. Meh.
