Bottle 250ml. [ As Nøgne Ø # 1000 ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small, open and fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy spicy, ginger, alcohol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderste bitter with a long duration, spicy bitter, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140118]

Vestjysk Vinter Vanvid januar 2014. Golden with a small white head. Very spicy aroma reminding me of ginger, cardemum, cinnamon, clove, along with a little tropical fruit. Dry, spicy and bitter flavour with a slightly spicy-hot finish. A lot of spicy, but for what it is, it is reasonably drinkable

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and quite spicy. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish with warming alcohol. Much too spicy. 180114

Bottle @ Fynsk Brunsviger er kommet til Ulfborg for at blive , som streger i dine hvide underbukser. Day 2. Pours hazy golden with a off white head. Maad cinnamon, coriander and spices. Avv. One dimensional with quite some alcohol heat.

Kjekk liten flaske i en meget elegant eske - NØ har virkelig mye stilig på designsiden. Innholdet skuffer heller ikke, det er mye å glede seg over både i denne og 1001. Ingefær og salvie er fremtredende både i aroma og smak. Et lekkert krydret øl med en godt skjult omdreiningshastighet. Elegant feiring av de første 1000 brygg - gratulerer!
