Cask at standing order beer festival ... rich hop resins ... juicy hop ... but not a hop im a fan of ... with a bitter linger and pleasent syrupyness. Nice but not quite workinbg for me.

Draught at Akkurat in Stockholm, Sweden. November 2005.A really nice real ale. PRobably the best real ale I’ve ever had. Nice hopy character. If you see it, try it!

Cask handpull at Crosse Keys, JDW, London. Deep copper colour, thin bubbly beige head. Good fruity malt aroma. Red fruit and toffee in mouth, earthy hop finish with residual juicy fruit sweetness. Hops on nose and finish. Impressed with this, I like the sweet malt and slightly peppery hop finish

Cask at Bishop’s Arms, Malmö
Amber color; frothy head. Minty aroma, light mustard; very original. Soft mouthfeel, some malt, a bit herbal, medium caramel; good bitterness, with a lot of caramel as well in the end (quite drier mouthfeel than the Rustland Beast). Good Winter Warmer.

Cask @ Bishop’s Arms, Malmö. Brown colour with small white head. Fruity aroma and hints of caramel. Malty flavour with hints of caramel. Smooth and some bitterness in the aftertaste.

[Cask at Volunteers Arms at GBBF 2004] A brown beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel, while the flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt and diacethyl.
