Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow gold. Nose/taste of fresh lavender, ginger root, oak, wildflower honey and earthy apple skin. Medium body.

750ml bottle. Poured a clear golden color with a small fizzy white head. Aroma was some ginger and a touch of flowers. Ginger isn’t dominant like in the Gingeroot, but this one does retain a bit of that kick. Touch of floral on the finish. Delicate. Alcohol is prominent, so it is really a sipping beverage.
