Panty we want to be a rich stout that is still an easy drinker. Roasted, caramelized and some rye malts enhance the body of this beer. Together with Cascade hops the flavours of Panty are mostly roasty, chocolately and licorice-like.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Bjørnøy 29.12.16. Dark brown. Pale brown head. Aroma and taste of roasted malt, sour coffee and dark caramel. Dry. And perhaps a bit thin.

Shared 330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Nearly black colour, moderate beige head. Moderate roasty aroma, with some citrussy hops. Roasty flavour, fairly dry, but too thin bodied.

Fra flaske på romjulstreff i RBHD des-16: brunsvart med flott beige skum. Sjokolade, kaffe, røstet malt og snev av lakris. Tørr og fin, med en slank munnfølelse som gjør det lett å helle innpå. Elegant, fruktig avslutning.

Bottle from Corks of Cotham, Bristol. Near black in colour, with reddish undertones, a short-lived beige head and touch of fizziness.Aroma of dried fruit, brown sugar and plain chocolate, with some leafy hops. Flavour had toasty, slightly earthy malts, more fruits, a hint of liquorice and dryish finish. A pleasant stout.
