Bomber from Bine & Vine as Unplugged "Bullet"! Pours dark brn/blk with a tan smear. Aroma of dark fruits and bourbon. Fruit? My eyes water a bit from being close to the Biere du Boucanier tulip. Lots of surface area! Full bodied and not at all sticky. Flavor is chocolate, anise?, dark fruit, burnt toast, and some hop it seems. There is a tongue burn which might be heat, might be hop. Damn it is tasty. Seems to thin with time, but the flavors are marvelous. Must be from a good barrel. Yummy sounds.

Keg at the taproom, 12/11/14. Black with a decent tan covering. Nose is rich bourbon fumes, roast malt, molasses, woody BA tunes, chocolate, spice. Taste comprises dark chocolate, spice, light roast, dark toffee, bourbonic rinse. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok BBA impy, an easy sipper but nothing I’d rush back for, lacks any kind of real depth to justify the ABV.
